If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and provide photos of the item and packaging. We will work to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
We only replace items if they are defective, damaged, or if the wrong item was sent. Please contact us to request an exchange.
