Returns

We accept returns within 07 days of receiving your order. To be eligible for a return, the item must:

• Be unused and in its original condition
• Be returned in its original packaging
• Include all tags, accessories, and documentation (if applicable)

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

• Items marked as Final Sale
• Gift cards
• Products that have been used, damaged, washed, or altered by the customer
• Personal care items and certain accessories for hygiene reasons

Return Process

To initiate a return, please contact our support team at info@opalhubllc.com with your order number and the reason for the return.

Once your return request is approved, you will receive instructions on how and where to send your item.

Refunds

After we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Return Shipping Costs

• Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item received is defective, damaged, or incorrect.
• Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and provide photos of the item and packaging. We will work to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective, damaged, or if the wrong item was sent. Please contact us to request an exchange.
